📌 How Order Tracking Works in an SMM Panel

1️⃣ Dashboard
When you log in to your panel account, you’ll see a dashboard with:

  • Your total balance

  • Order history

  • Status of each order


2️⃣ Order Status
Each order will have a status label, such as:

  • Pending: Order is received but not started yet.

  • In Progress: The system is delivering likes, followers, or views.

  • Completed: Order is fully delivered.

  • Partial: Only part of the order was delivered (with a partial refund).

  • Canceled: Order was canceled (often refunded).


3️⃣ Live Counters
Some advanced panels have live progress counters — for example:

  • “1,000 Instagram followers — 700 delivered”


4️⃣ API Updates
If the panel is connected to a supplier by API, the status updates automatically as the supplier processes it.


5️⃣ Notifications
Some panels send email or SMS notifications when:

  • An order starts

  • An order finishes

  • An order is canceled or partially refunded

Good panels do provide live order tracking, so you always know where your money is going.

If your panel doesn’t show proper tracking or updates, it’s usually a red flag that the panel is poorly run or unreliable.
